All Returns

 No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
All sale items are final sale. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Book, pattern, and magazine purchases are final. . These items may not be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Items sent in error or defective items may be returned for full credit or replacement. We will absorb all shipping costs. You must notify us of the return order and receive a return authorization number. Return the item(s) and receipt using the shipping method we initially used. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a store credit including the purchase price and all shipping costs.

Other Returns

If your order was filled correctly, we will gladly accept your return for store credit.  Shipping costs will not be credited for this type of return. Items returned must be unopened in their original packaging. You must notify us of the return order and receive a return authorization number. Return the item(s) and receipt using the shipping method of your choice. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a store credit reflecting the purchase price only.
